Three Class Series – Each session a unique experience of awareness, release, patience and trust.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice of long held stretches while lying down. By committing to stillness we develop greater emotional awareness patience and trust.  The practice is enhanced by periods of total relaxation and readings from a variety of spiritual traditions.  All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Sat. Dec 13th, 20th, and 27th.   4:00-5:30pm $15.00 per session, join for one session or all three.
