Through the wisdom of Qi Gong and Kundalini theory and practice, we will explore the dynamic breath techniques and how they powerfully allow the practitioner to access their feelings and emotions in a safe and stable way.
- Learn how to create a stable and powerful pranayam practice that is effective to evolve your consciousness
- Learn how to recognize breath signatures in the body and link them to the feelings they represent. This will help you as a healer and a teacher, to recognize state change and kundalini rising/awareness increasing.
- Learn how to listen to the body language and feelings, not simply the words, of students, family and friends to better serve the greater good of all.
