The Hari NYC Extended Gong Sacred Sonic attunement is a deep immersion into divine sound portals of transformation and healing. Our altar based ceremonies draw upon some of the worlds most powerful mystical traditions; with ancient ritual instruments from Tibet, India, Egypt, Native American, and the Caribbean to name a few. This powerful attunement will feature elements of Kundalini Yoga, Celestial Dance, Himalayan Pranayam, Tibetan Sacred Seed Sounds.  We will awaken the body to a devotional Sadhana and culminating in a light vegan breakfast.

Swaranpal (Patricia Hart) is a certified social worker, educator, and yoga teacher who has been providing therapy to families and children for over 25 years.  She began practicing yoga 15 years ago, as a way to de-stress, and quickly began to understand the power inherent in Yoga as a modality for healing.  She has studied numerous forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini.  She assists world renowned teachers, Gurmukh, Gurushabd, and Guru Dharam in teacher training level one, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga Therapy. She specializes in yoga for: Children, pregnancy, fertility, addictions, and is available for one on one Yoga Therapy.  She has studied various forms of energy work including Kundalini Medicine-Yoga Therapy, which employes the understanding of the Chinese Meridian Systems, Ayurveda, Numerology, Kundalini and the Esoteric.  She has studied Tibetan Healing, Kabbalah, Anthroposophy and Sound Healing. She draws upon this vast array of methods in her esoteric approach to energy work.

 

Bhajan Akal Singh is registered with Yoga Alliance as Kundalini / Tantra Yoga Instructor, is a Certified GongMaster / Sound Healer and member of the Taino Indian Community in New York City.

In 2014 Bhajan embarked on a 3 year odyssey through India, Nepal, South America, Bali, and Europe, where he crafted his life’s passion for Sound healing into a Unique Sacred Sound Therapies Technique, by combining live Gong Wash, Shamanic Ceremony live Instruments, Pranayama, Mantra, Eastern Ritual Instruments, and bio-sonic Therapeutic Healing Forks.

In India, Bhajan studied Soundfullness Meditation Techniques with Sri Nithya Turiyananda Swami, studied drum therapies with Master Drummer Nirmal Goswami and performed/studied with Sanj Hall on the Sacred Sound Stage, which made its debut at the 2017 International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India.

In Bali, Bhajan was honored to study with Author and originator of Gong Yoga, Mehtab Benton at the Ubud Yoga Center and Co- Facilitate a Master gong Training with Sanj Hall at the Pyramids of Chi in Ubud. In Nepal, Bhajan received his Himalayan Bowl Therapy Certification from 3rd Generation singing bowl grand master, Shree Krishna Shai.
