Join us for a grounding and power packed Sadhana for Summer. We are diving into the fundamental power of Kundalini Yoga with three foundational meditation practices, linked to create an integrated body, mind, and soul experience. This Sadhana will strengthen a new practitioner and deepen and empower experienced practitioners.
Sat Kriya - Sat Kirya is essential to the practice of Kundalini Yoga. It stimulates the flow of prana through the chakras and awakens the human potential for experience. Sat Kriya balances the lower triangle of energy, fertilizing the soil for authentic action, and powers up the third eye of universal wisdom.
Kirtan Kriya - Kirtan Kriya is a crowning jewel of Kundalini Meditation and kriyas. This kriya brings harmony and balance to all who practice it, peeling away the layers of fatigue that cloud your wisdom and clarity. In addition Kirtan Kriya is recommended to all who want to clear past relationships in forgiveness of self and others, and prepare the way for more authentic relationships to grow.
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya - Considered one of the greatest meditations you can practice in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Sodarshan Chakra Kirya is described as having deeply transformational properties. This kriya has the potential to cut through the deepest habitual patterns that block your fulfillment.
Studio will open at 4:45 am. The meditations will end at 7:00 am.
You are welcome to attend one or many as your heart and discipline lead you to the practice.
