2nd Meditation: Sodarshan Chakra Kriya: 62 minutes
Considered one of the greatest meditations you can practice in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Sodarshan Chakra Kirya is described as having deeply transformational properties. This kriya has the potential to cut through the deepest habitual patterns that block your fulfillment.
