The Solstice is coming and I feel the heat
I am seeing the light in all that I meet
From the heart of the matter I feel close at hand
A powerful opportunity to deeply understand
That we cannot do other than be what we are
How silly to think that we are not when we are!
So much effort is spent on pushing forward and yet
I only want to see that sunrise and sunset
Over the mountains and over the sea
The grandest of all is in the eyes of you and of me.
When we relax and learn as we go
We are bestowers of love
Just like the creator we glow
Brighter than the strongest solstice sun in the sky
Come with me please now
I see that light in your eye.
Let us travel together
Light as that feather
Floating by that caught your eye as you walked by.

4:00–4:30 AM Jaap Ji and warm up
4:30–7:00 AM Chanting
7:00 AM Relax and have a beautiful day!

*Chanting participation encouraged.  Let us know if you want to lead a short or longer segment
