Breathe. Stretch. Release. (BSR™)

June 25 — 12:30—2:30 PM EST *In-person with Rich Mancuso

A stretching & deep relaxation combination that'll open you up for a deeper breathwork
experience.

Stretching with Strength to gain more flexibility in our bodies - engaging our fascia and scar tissue to help open up our muscle length. We'll learn how to apply this to our yoga practice. This modality will also open us up for a deeper breathing experience (45 minutes). Breathwork will be a 2 modality combination - holotropic & circulatory (wim hof style), to release trapped emotions and excess energies in our bodies (45 minutes). Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, a deep calming form of meditation done in savasana pose (25 minutes).

Rich Mancuso is your guide to help you connect deeper into your true self and feel connected in all that you do. He has studied several modalities that integrate healing of the heart, body and mind. He is certified in Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prana Vidya and Yoga Nidra. 

Rich is a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, various healer breathwork techniques, Vipassana Meditation, Qigong, Ashtanga Yoga and Resistance Stretching. BSR™ is his methodology for combining all his training into a practice that allows individuals to move through blockers in their mind, body, and spirit with ease, and feel energized in every step they take.
