New Year’s Eve: Leave 2020 behind gracefully and start 2021 on a high vibration. There hasn’t been a better NYE in recent years than this December 31, 2020, for a joyful transition with just the right mix of letting go and moving forward.

Join our Treehouse Yoga Party in New York City from anywhere you are as we live-stream to your big or small screen. You’ll be connected with our friends and family from all over in the comfort of your home.

We’ll take three high-energy yogic steps into the new year:

1. Closure - releasing the old year with targeted movement and pranayama

2. Preparation - opening the self for new energy and manifestations

3. Celebration - enjoying ourselves with music, mantra, and dance

This will be a high-energy event of rhythmic Kundalini Kriya Yoga with sound and singing for an optimal connection between all of us across the ethers. Our celebration works great on its own or integrated into your night with anything that comes before or after.
