These times have challenges for everyone. When we are challenged and called to be more in the unknown than we are used to, the stress level can go up.  Increases in anxiety and  sustained stress can affect your sleep.  Studies show that meditation and relaxation can help calm the body and mind and promote deeper sleep and longer sleep.  Join Hari and staff for a series of bedtime meditations and relaxation practices to promote relaxation and healthy sleep.  Watch for our bedtime meditations on our schedule. You can expect meditation, relaxation, guided relaxation and varied approaches to help you relax, body and mind.
