You’ll be leaving with a body filled with positive energy and a quiet mind.

Teacher Bio:
Rich is a seeker of all things healing for the heart, body and mind. Certified in Kundalini Yoga, 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow, Prana Vidya and Yoga Nidra. Rich is a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, Various Breath Work, Vipassana Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga and Resistance Stretching. His various career paths have led from being a CPA to a filmmaker, writer, accountant, production manager and producer. A husband and father of two young men, his life is now leading toward a path of Seva and a strong desire to connect with people through the various yogic pathways.
